Death on the Nile is a detective novel first published in the UK by the Collins Crime Club on 1 November 1937 and in the US by Dodd, Mead and Company the following year. The book features Hercule Poirot. Not to be confused with the earlier short story of the same name (1933), that features the detective Parker Pyne.
